Composite Fillings (White Fillings)

Composite fillings are the "white plastic" fillings that are used nowadays in both children and adults.  Cavities can occur on the side, the top, or in between teeth.  Composites have replaced amalgams (silver fillings), and are safe and easy to place on primary (kids) and permanent (adult) teeth.  As long as the filling is of a reasonable size, they can last for a very long time.
